But you only have a few months! Interest Rates are lower now then they will be in years.

Rates won’t drop again till 2024 or later. 

And at that point, the homes will have increased in price, so you would have to pay more for that same home in 2 years, then you would now.

Good news is that most lenders offer extended interest rate locks for up to 90 days, so you can take you time looking for that perfect home and not stress about the rates going up.

The best part for buyers is that Now you have more leverage, and a lot of homes to choose from, compared to a few months ago when there was nothing. The market has changed from a sellers market, to a buyers market. Giving more “power to negotiate” to the buyer.
