01

Be precise about the place name

The Town of Paradise Valley and Phoenix’s Paradise Valley planning village are different places. A familiar name in a listing or search result can create a broader result set than you intended. Confirm the municipality and property location as you narrow your search; do not rely only on a postal name.

02

Read the property in its setting

The town describes a community shaped by residential and resort properties. For an individual home, investigate the site, access, nearby uses and the features that matter to your daily life. Views, outdoor areas and separation from neighboring buildings should be evaluated at the property rather than assumed from the city label.

03

Make the wish list specific

Tell Kelie what you want to prioritize: layout, outdoor use, particular areas or other home features. Compare those preferences with the properties currently available and the information in their listings. Your search should reflect your own priorities rather than a generic definition of luxury.

04

Bring property-specific questions early

If you are considering changes to a home or site, identify the relevant town rules and seek appropriate professional guidance. A website overview cannot establish what a specific property permits.
