01

Find your reference points

Start with the places that bring you to Mesa: work, regular appointments, favorite activities or people you want to see often. Put those on your short list before comparing individual homes. A city-wide search becomes more useful when you know which daily trips deserve the most attention.

02

Make room for time outside

The City of Mesa’s Park of the Canals includes botanical and shaded garden areas, a playground and an unpaved walking path. It is one useful place to explore as you learn the area. Think about which outdoor spaces you would actually visit, then compare access from the neighborhoods on your list.

03

Compare the home as carefully as the location

Bring your preferences for outdoor space, parking, layout and upkeep into the search. At a showing, look at the things a listing photograph cannot settle: how rooms connect, where you would work, and how the property feels at different times of day. Kelie can use your feedback to refine the next set of homes.

04

Build a useful first tour

Choose a few homes that help answer different questions. You might compare layouts, lot arrangements or two locations that serve the same routine in different ways. Tell us what surprised you after each visit; the purpose is to get closer to your fit, not simply see more addresses.
